Ineffable

Thoughts dissolve
and words evaporate,
from my mind,
I don't know why.
From my heart
escapes a sigh.

I try to pen down a poem
describing my feelings for you,
but somehow
my hands refuse to.

I think of wording
my feelings, be bold,
but I just mumble
an unintelligible code.

It occurs to me
that you and
my love for you
can never be
bound in words.
