Wondering what to do about…
The emptiness you left behind!
A void so large,
Nothing of its kind!
The emptiness so vast…
Extends as the oceans deep!
Waves of turbulence move on,
Like the water in a creek!

The turmoil so hard to hide…
The pain refuses to subside!

My mind rebounds back,
To the nostalgic lanes dark!
Wherein the bare facts of deception;
Stands naked stark!

The untrue emotions of yours;
Still hurt my soul inside!
Your lingering memories …
Makes it difficult to survive!

The emptiness in my heart,
Has become an inseparable part!
